    CTC is a multi-disciplinary real estate and engineering contracting company founded in Damascus in 1980 by Eng. Anas Zaim. For four decades, we have supported diplomatic missions, UN Representatives, and international companies with integrated services: property sourcing, engineering oversight, renovation, remodeling, technical execution and long-term facility support.

    Renovation, remodeling, and full reshaping of the Pakistani Embassy (handed over December 23, 2023), plus complete interior renovation (handed over July 28, 2024).
